What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, a phone or an email, the region you have in mind and whether you already have a plot. Nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels.
Why
To answer your request and, if you want, to plan a silence audit of your plot. We never use it for advertising and never sell it.
Who sees it
The two partners of the bureau and, once a project starts, the acoustic engineer who works on it. Messages are stored by our email provider inside the EU.
How long
Twelve months after our last conversation. If we build together, as long as the contract and the law require.
Your rights
Ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted: write to hello@tysha.studio and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
This browser
Three small notes, kept in your browser and never sent anywhere. In local storage: that you closed the “No trackers” message. In session storage, forgotten when you close the tab: that you have already seen the opening animation, and whether you switched the sound on.
